Supporting the community during these difficult times

1st June 2020

We all know the challenges Covid-19 has brought to families and the wider community. Social distancing measures have meant we've been unable to be with those who are near and dear to us and Broad-way Players as a society have been prevented from entertaining and doing what we love for all of you. But that doesn't mean we've stood still during this period of lock-down.

Some of our members are Carers and In recognition of the amazing work our Carers and NHS have and continue to do, we pulled together to record two songs which are close to our hearts, as a way to say thank you.

Spreading Christmas Cheer - Every Little Helps

The Broad-way Players helped make customers' Sunday shopping more enjoyable, as they sung many popular Christmas songs to get everyone in the festive spirit.

The check-out staff joined in and smiles were seen throughout the queues, as the music and magic of Christmas was heard store-wide.

One of the many things we do to help the community.
